I was having trouble with my BMPRO and we called Burton campers and shared what was going on then we were transferred to Easton. He understood our problem and was extremely helpful in helping me resolve our issues. Great customer service and support. This is the second 5th wheel I purchased from Burton. They are a simple , get the deal done, highest trade in value. But the Service adviser Easton is a top notch individual with expertise not found at most other dealers. He ranks higher than 5 Stars in my opinion. If your buying a Jayco.... Come to a true Jayco dealer. Although they are 500 miles from me. This is the only place i will bring my unit for servise.

I bought a fifth wheel from Bruton and the Inverter went bad, It happens but Bruton has an excellent service department. Mathew is the best. He went out of his way to make sure the job was done right and when I went to pick the camper up he went over every detail he could thing of that pertain to the electrical and electronics part and he was a very big help. We purchased our Jayco Jayfeather in 2022 from Burton Campers. We now live in North Carolina and took our camper out and ran into an issue with the water heater. Called the service department at Burton Campers when we were unable to get in contact with any local service departments in North Carolina. Easton answered the call immediately and was able to not only walk me through troubleshooting the problem, was able to video call to ensure that my camper was working properly. I had looked at other dealers for a camper, I talked to a sales person Mark Woltjen at Burtons and told them exactly what I wanted. purchase was fantastic. We had a service issue with auto level prior to our first trip. Contacted service and brought in the next morning. Tech was checking within five minutes of arrival. Determined the rear sensor was installed incorrectly, corrected and checked the operation at two locations on the lot. I just bought a new Jayco fifth wheel from Burton Campers and could not be happier! I shopped for over a year at dealers and wholesalers around the country before I fell on Burton campers. I got exactly what I wanted for less money than any other dealership. Don was an excellent salesman. He knew the product and process extremely well and did not push me or my wife. Burtons went out of their way to make requested changes to the trailer where other dealers would not even listen to the request.

I had an excellent experience buying a Jay Flight from Burton Campers, I couldn't ask to be treated any better, I truly felt like a valued customer from all employees thru the entire process. Drew performed an excellent job during the delivery process.

We recently had a bedroom slide that would drag fit about 12" when going in either direction. I thought that it only needed adjusting, but it was pointed out that the bed box wasn't fully attached to the slide. And the box had to be seriously reinforced plus the pad that was suppose to be on the bottom of the leading edge was missing. The service did a great job. The service mgr showed me what was being done and why. When the job was finished he demonstrated that it had been corrected. We couldn't have been any happier with the service and the dealership.

We purchased a 2017 330RSTS Jayco trailer. From the sales, to the great walk-thru, and to post support has been very satisfactorily. We value quality of the product (trailer), a friendly dealer's staff, and especially post support. We did experience a problem and after contacting Jayco was directed to our dealer. It was maybe a day after I emailed Burton's I received an e-mail back stating that the problem would be fully handled. So if I haven't indicated our level of satisfaction, we are very satisfied. Carol knows her product well. Courteous and cheerful and always has a smile on her face. Carol is very responsive to questions with the right answer. The finance experience was likewise pleasant. She was prompt and knowledgeable without being "pushy". Again, a much more pleasant experience than past financing drills elsewhere.

I drove 250 miles from NE Georgia to buy a Jayco 321 5th wheel from Burton Campers so I did not have to buy one from Camping World in Oakwood Georgia 50 miles from my house. Burton Campers runs a top notch operation and I have nothing but good to say about them. I was provided the wrong capture plate to hook my 5th wheel up to my Pull Rite hitch and Lyle the Service Manager informed me immediately and he had already located one and would be in there shop late the next day once I told him to proceed. Anyone in the market for a camper need not look any further than Burton Campers.

There were no one available to to work with us when we arrived. So the manager found out what we were looking for until someone was able to work with us. This was very nice since they did have a waiting area where he could have asked us to stay until someone was ready. Because of this personal service I was able to find a travel trailer that had everything that my wife and I were looking for.
